First off to see how many tickets you have, click the golden ticket in the upper right hand corner
You must collect 10 golden tickets in exchange for zings weekly prize or 500 coins. You can find golden tickets everywhere in pandanda except in tree houses. They will take some time, but have patience.
Once you have collected 10 golden tickets, pay zing ballyhoo a visit at Tree house Lobby.
Once tree house lobby loads fully. Then click on Zing Ballyhoo.
Since Zing Ballhoo's Prizes change. I will stop here. Zing Ballyhoo comes and goes. So he wont always be there.
